Terms and Conditions

By entering the Triston's Photography's Free Senior Session Photography Package Giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to legal residents in the state of Kansas who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• The giveaway is not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Triston's Photography, or anyone affiliated with the administration of the giveaway.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the Senior Session Photography Package Giveaway Entry Form and submit all required fields, including full name, email address, phone number, and high school.
• Entries must be submitted by the specified deadline: June 30, 2025.

3. Prize

• The prize consists of a free senior photography package valued at $175.. This includes 1.5 Hours, and 20 edited digital images. Any additional services or costs not specified in the prize package (such as travel expenses, albums, or extra hours) will be the responsibility of the winner.
• The winner will not receive cash or other compensation in lieu of the prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the deadline.
• The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 30 days of the giveaway closing date.
• If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, a new winner may be selected at the discretion of Triston's Photography.

5. Use of Personal Data

• By entering the giveaway, you agree to allow Triston's Photography to use your personal information (name, email, wedding details) to contact you regarding the giveaway.
• Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to administer the giveaway or fulfill the prize.

6. Publicity

• By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to participate in publicity related to the giveaway, which may include but is not limited to photographs, social media posts, blog articles, or press releases.
• The winner may be asked to provide a testimonial or share their wedding photography experience for promotional purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Triston's Photography is not responsible for any technical errors, system failures, or other issues that may affect the entry process or the winner's ability to claim their prize.
• The winner agrees to release Triston's Photography, its employees, affiliates, and agents from any liability related to the giveaway or prize.

8. Prize Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
• If the winner cannot claim the prize due to scheduling conflicts, location, or other reasons, no alternative prize will be provided.

9. Cancellation/Modification

• Triston's Photography reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control. In such an event, the prize may be awarded to a different winner at the discretion of Triston's Photography.

10. Agreement to Terms

• By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You also agree that your entry may be disqualified if any of the terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

• This giveaway and the terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Kansas.
